College Preparation Begins Early
Successful college preparation is built over several years. At Haas Hall Academy Bentonville, scholars receive age-appropriate guidance as they progress from middle school into high school, helping them understand how today’s academic choices can influence tomorrow’s opportunities.

A central component of Haas Hall Academy Bentonville College Prep is the Student Success Plan (SSP). Each scholar’s SSP serves as an evolving roadmap that helps students, families, and advisors plan for both immediate academic needs and long-term goals.
Student Success Plans address areas such as academic progress, graduation requirements, course selection, college and career goals, standardized testing, and individualized support strategies. Regular conversations allow these plans to evolve as scholars discover new interests, encounter challenges, and refine their plans for the future.

College preparation also happens every day in the classroom. Haas Hall Academy Bentonville’s accelerated academic model encourages scholars to become independent thinkers, manage demanding coursework, participate actively, and take greater responsibility for their education.
With 23 Advanced Placement (AP) courses, scholars have extensive opportunities to experience college-level academic expectations before graduation. Courses across science, mathematics, computer science, English, history, economics, government, world languages, and other disciplines allow students to create challenging academic pathways aligned with their strengths and college aspirations.

Every Haas Hall Academy campus has dedicated academic and college advising support. At Bentonville, advisors work directly with scholars and families on course planning, standardized testing, college exploration, applications, scholarships, financial aid, and other important decisions.
Families also have convenient opportunities to schedule individual meetings with counselors throughout the school year. This accessibility helps ensure questions can be addressed as they arise and scholars continue moving forward with a clear plan.
