Personalized College Preparation Begins Early
At Haas Hall Academy Rogers, College Prep is an intentional process that begins well before senior year. Scholars in grades 7–12 benefit from rigorous academics, individualized advising, Advanced Placement opportunities, and ongoing college planning designed to help them make informed decisions about their education and future.
The results reflect that commitment: 100% of Haas Hall Academy graduating scholars are accepted into colleges and universities. Our goal extends beyond admission. We want scholars to graduate with the academic preparation, confidence, independence, and decision-making skills they need to succeed once they arrive on a college campus.
A College Prep Plan for Every Scholar
The small, close-knit environment at Rogers allows college preparation to be highly personalized. Our Academic Advisor works directly with scholars and families to understand each student’s academic strengths, interests, and post-secondary goals.
College preparation includes:

With approximately 109 scholars and a 9:1 student-teacher ratio, Rogers provides an environment where students can receive meaningful individual attention throughout the college preparation process.
Student Success Plans
A central component of Haas Hall Academy Rogers College Prep is the Student Success Plan (SSP). These individualized plans help scholars, families, and advisors establish goals and create a clear academic roadmap toward graduation and college.
Student Success Plans evolve as scholars progress through Haas Hall Academy. Regular planning helps students make purposeful decisions about coursework, Advanced Placement classes, standardized testing, graduation requirements, and future opportunities while allowing their plans to adapt as interests and goals change.
Rigorous Academics Prepare Scholars for College
College readiness is developed every day through the academic experience at Haas Hall Academy Rogers. With 83 courses and 23 Advanced Placement (AP) offerings, scholars have numerous opportunities to challenge themselves and experience college-level expectations before graduation.
AP courses span mathematics, science, English, research, computer science, social sciences, world languages, and the arts. Combined with Haas Hall’s rigorous academic expectations, these opportunities help scholars strengthen critical thinking, time management, communication, research, and independent learning skills.
Guidance Through the College Application Process
As scholars approach graduation, college preparation becomes increasingly focused on selecting schools and navigating the application process. Our Academic Advisor helps scholars and families understand important milestones while providing individualized guidance based on each student’s goals.
Support may include college selection and applications, standardized testing, scholarship searches, financial aid information, and planning for the transition from high school to higher education.
Families are an important part of this process. Parent information programs and financial aid workshops help parents understand important decisions and deadlines so they can confidently support their scholars.
Process & Timelines
College preparation includes different priorities at every stage of a scholar’s secondary education. From building a strong academic foundation and selecting challenging courses to ACT preparation, college research, applications, scholarships, and financial aid, understanding what comes next can make the process more manageable.

Student Support
High expectations are most effective when scholars also have strong support. At Rogers, students benefit from academic advising, school counselor support, faculty assistance, tutoring, Student Success Plan meetings, and college planning resources.
Our small campus provides an additional advantage: scholars are personally known by their teachers and advisors. Faculty are available before and after school for additional academic assistance, giving students opportunities to ask questions, strengthen skills, and address challenges.
